What do you think about when you think of blankets or afghans? Warmth? Security? Does a certain memory pop up? I love blankets and I have a lot. I’m not a fan of winter nor am I fond of paying to heat my house. Who’s with me on that? Sure, I have a scowl in this picture from 1979 but, I assure you, I’m happily snuggled.

Cotton Candy Afghan
A vintage handmade pastel colored loose crocheted afghan. I adore this afghan. The colors are so bright and beautiful. Reminds me of cotton candy…mmmmm…cotton candy.
It measures approximately 33″ x 29″. There’s a tag on a corner, not fully attached, stating “Hand Made by MO”. There may be an odor due to age, use, and storage. Bits of debris such as lint or hairs may be stuck within. This will need to be appropriately laundered. There may be a couple of parts stretched out a bit.

SOLD! Vintage Solid Yellow Afghan
A vintage handmade vibrant solid yellow afghan or throw blanket. Measures approximately 47″ x 48″.
Some pink or red staining in various spots and I’ll leave it up to you to launder it appropriately. I fear I’d ruin it. Hopefully you can remove these stains. There may be an odor due to age, use, and storage. Bits of debris such as lint or hairs may be stuck within.
